Coroplast (corrugated plastic) for yard signs: lightweight, weather-resistant, and ideal for outdoor placement.
Vinyl banners: our most common banner material, great for both indoor events and outdoor use.
Mesh banners: designed for windy outdoor installations, as the perforated material reduces wind load while maintaining visibility.
Rigid signs: such as PVC or coroplast, ideal for long-term signage or ground-mounted signs.
To ensure high-quality printing, submit a print-ready PDF with fonts outlined and colors set to CMYK, which gives the most accurate color reproduction. Include bleed (the extra design area beyond the trim edge) in your file so your graphics don’t get cut off. For grommets, hems, pole pockets, or other finishing options, place any key design elements inside a “safe zone” so important text or graphics aren't too close to the edge.
Tip: Be sure to refer to our design guidelines available on each product page to help you with design bleed so that your design extends to the edge without being cut off.
Hems: We hem the edges of vinyl banners to reinforce them and allow for secure installation.
Grommets: Metal eyelets (usually in the corners, and optionally every 2–3 ft for larger banners) for easy hanging.
Pole pockets or pole sleeves: Ideal for banners that need to be threaded over poles or tensioned.
Double-sided printing: Available for certain banner types, useful for maximum visibility.
The durability of your signage depends on the material and how it's installed.
For vinyl banners, scrim vinyl with proper hemming and grommets can last 18–24 months or more, especially when installed correctly.
Mesh banners, designed for wind, are highly durable for outdoor use because their perforated structure reduces wind stress.
Coroplast signs (yard signs) are lightweight but sturdy; they can handle outdoor exposure well, though extremely harsh weather can affect longevity, they’re ideal for temporary or semi-permanent use.
To maximize the life of your sign: store your banners clean and dry when not in use, and avoid folding (rolling is preferred for vinyl).
Our production time typically starts within a day after you’ve submitted your final design and approved everything. We don’t process orders on weekends, so any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin production on Monday.
Once in production, most standard banners & signs orders are completed within 3 business days. This timeframe gives us flexibility to ensure high-quality results while still keeping things fast and efficient. (If you’re in a rush, we also offer faster delivery options.) We ship across all the Atlantic Provinces. Local pickup from our Dartmouth location is also available.
Yes, we want your signage to look as good in print as it does in your head. After you upload your artwork, we review each file for resolution, bleed, layout, and finishing requirements. If we spot any issues (low resolution images, missing safe area, unclear fonts), we’ll reach out with suggestions or offer light design edits. This ensures your final product looks sharp and meets our print production standards.
If you don’t have a ready design, use our online design tool to browse from a collection of modern signage design templates to create a layout that works beautifully on the type of sign or banner you need.
