At Allen Print, we’re all about speed and quality. Once you approve the proof (digital PDF), we begin production on the next business day. Because we’re closed on weekends, any orders submitted after business hours on Friday will start processing on Monday, but don’t worry, we’ll get things moving quickly! Typical turnaround for standard marketing print items (like brochures, flyers, and postcards) is 3–5 business days with rush options available, depending on quantity, stock, and finish. This schedule lets us maintain our high standards while ensuring you get vibrant, professional marketing materials without unnecessary delay.

To give your printed materials the best quality, we recommend sending us:

PDFs with 300 dpi resolution, bleed, and crop marks. This is ideal for preserving layout and color fidelity.

High-resolution images (300 dpi), ideally in CMYK color mode, so printed colors match what you expect.

Yes, we can do either! If you already have a print-ready file read you can upload it and process your print order. We also have an easy-to-use online design tool with lots of modern design templates you can use to easily design your marketing material as per your requirements and place a print order.

Uncoated stock offers a classic, tactile feel, great for brochures and more “handwritten” touches.

Maintaining color integrity is one of our top priorities. Here’s how we ensure consistency:

We use industry-standard CMYK color profiles on most jobs, but for projects where brand colors are super important, we can match Pantone (PMS) colors. During prepress, our team reviews your files and can flag any color issues. If color matching is mission-critical (for example, for logos or brand identity), we can provide a printed swatch or sample proof so you can physically see exactly how it will look. This process ensures your brochures, posters, and other printed marketing pieces all look cohesive and professional, whether you’re printing 100 or 10,000.

We totally understand that sometimes you need print materials yesterday. While our standard turnaround (3–5 business days) reflects our commitment to quality, we do offer expedited services for urgent projects. Because Allen Print does not operate on weekends, any orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day. That’s just part of how we maintain high-quality standards. But here's the good part: when you do need something fast, just tell us your deadline.
