We strongly recommend submitting your artwork as a print-ready PDF, because it's the most reliable format for preserving design fidelity. We prefer PDF (often with “bleed” included) to ensure your layout, fonts, and colors remain accurate.

We also accept other formats like Adobe Illustrator (.AI), InDesign, or high-resolution JPEG / PNG, but note that non-PDF files may require additional prepress steps.

Tip: Be sure to refer to our design guidelines available on each product page to help you with design bleed so that your design extends to the edge without being cut off.

Absolutely. Once we create something for you, we keep your files on hand for easy reorders. Need to update dates, names, or event details? We'll make those changes. You can reorder anytime! Same design, same quality.

Our standard corrugated plastic yard signs are built for outdoor use and typically last 6-12 months in most weather conditions. If you need something more permanent (for directional signage or properties that sit on the market longer), we offer aluminum signs that can last 3-5+ years. UV-resistant inks prevent fading, and the materials are waterproof and won't warp. We can also add stakes or frames depending on how you're mounting them.

We sell blank rider signs separately, and many agents keep a stock of generic "For Sale" or "Open House" frames, then just swap out the rider with property details or their contact info. You can also order a set with your branding that says "Call for Details" and add removable stickers with property specifics. We'll show you the most cost-effective setup based on your listing volume.
