What file format and resolution should I upload for invitations or cards?
We recommend submitting your artwork as a print-ready PDF that includes crop marks and bleed. Use 300 DPI (dots per inch) images for sharp, high-quality printing. Design in CMYK color format for the most accurate color reproduction.
How much bleed do I need in my design, and why?
A bleed ensures your design prints cleanly to the edge even if trimming isn’t perfect. Standard bleed is 0.125” (1/8”) beyond your final trim size. Make sure that all important text or graphics stay inside a “safe zone” slightly away from the trim edge so they don’t risk getting cut off.
Tip: Be sure to refer to our design guidelines available on each product page to help you with design bleed so that your design extends to the edge without being cut off.
What paper types and finishes can I choose for my invitations or cards?
We offer a variety of premium paper stocks and finishes:
Cardstock weights: heavy (like 14pt.) for quality feel, or 16pt. cover stock with gloss front
Finishes: matte, soft-touch, spot UV (shiny accents), raised foil, or rounded corners.
Scoring / Folding: For folded cards (e.g., greeting cards or folded invitations), we can add a score line so they fold perfectly.
How long does it take to print my invitations or cards?
Once your design is approved, our production time begins on the next business day (we don’t process orders on weekends). For standard invitation or card printing, most orders are ready in 3–5 business days, depending on quantity, paper, and finishing options. This ensures that every piece is carefully reviewed for quality and consistency, and gives us flexibility to handle both small and large orders smoothly.
Can you help me design or proof my invitation if I’m not a designer?

Can I reorder or reprint more cards later?
Yes, we keep your design on file so you can easily reorder more invitations or cards in the future. Because we manage the printing ourselves, reorders typically have a faster turnaround than first-time orders. This is especially useful for things like “plus-one” invites, thank-you cards, or reprinting for guests who didn’t RSVP in time.
